Who We Are at The IoT Academy

The IoT Academy, established in 2017 is a fast-emerging company imparting quality programs. These programs include skills training, internship, and guidance in cutting-edge tech colonies like Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Embedded Systems & many more.

The IoT Academy signifies “Interconnection of Technologies”. founded by IIT-K Alumnus, Mr. Kaushlendra Singh Sisodia, who moved from Sweden to India just to serve the country better by leveraging emerging technologies. We have also collaborated with various premier institutes e.g. EICT Academy, IIT-Guwahati, IIT-Roorkee, and IIT-Kanpur for advanced certification courses to take a step towards Atmanirbhar Bharat. The IoT Academy is the only organization in India that gives direct client projects exposure to its learners via its parent company UniConverge Technologies (UCT).

M.Tech. (Electrical Engineer) with IIT Kanpur

He started his career in telecom domain when 3G was in infancy state and witnessed growing it to 4G and 5G. He has made significant contributions at mobile as well as Network infrastructure development side. He had completed his M.Tech. (Electrical Engineer) with IIT Kanpur in 2001.

After this, he worked with SASKEN Communications, UbiNetics (Part of Cambridge Silicon Radio, UK), STMicroelectronics before moving to Sweden to work with Ericsson AB in 2007.

After spending 7 Years at Ericsson (Sweden), He decided to move back to India to serve the country by creating products/services fitting to various use-cases using technical innovations.

In 2016, He started with UniConverge Technologies Pvt Ltd (UCT) in field of Internet of things to solve India’s social economic problems using convergence of various Technologies and participate Aatmanirbhar Bharat Mission.

He has been providing solutions majorly for Industrial, smart cities, Agriculture as well as other commercial domains e.g. food and beverages, cold storage, warehouses where remote monitoring and controlling is very crucial along with predictive maintenance, increasing OEE, reduce carbon emissions, adoption of digital transformation.

Under his leadership, UCT has been chosen by Nexus (University of Texas, USA Startup Hub) and collaborated with IIT Jodhpur and IIT Guwahati for commercialization of Security and Industrial IoT domain R&D projects.

Other than products and services, he is also contributing the nation with GoI’s upskilling mission with other business entities The IoT Academy, upskill campus that have collaboration with various Premier academic institutions e.g. EICT Academy at IITG, IITK and IITR.

He has been active adviser for NEP2020. He was invited to “Conference of Academic Leadership-4 Regaining Resurgence: Effective Implementation of NEP 2020 in HEIs” at Nagpur.

He is also helping skilled resources to get the best career growth with various MNCs in India and abroad though another business Entity UCT Consulting.
